Gingrich to embrace negative campaigning
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, left, is planning to step up
negative campaigning against former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney,
who narrowly won the Iowa caucuses on Tuesday.
Newt Gingrich appears determined to change the tone of his presidential campaign, after running mainly positive ads in the Hawkeye State where he finished fourth with 16,251 votes, or 13.3 percent of the 120,000 or so ballots.
