Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney made clear that he would repeal and replace President Barack Obama’s healthcare overhaul if he came in pole position in the Nov. 6 contest. Eleven members of the Secret Service who had been dispatched to Colombia ahead of President Barack Obama‘s visit had to be sent back to the U.S. after it emerged they had invited prostitutes to their rooms at the Hotel Caribe in Cartagena.
